2011/12 season Jupiler League play-offs
The Jupiler teams finishing in the top 6 go into a play-off league, to decide the championship. The play-off league is comprised of points gained during the normal season divided by 2, added to the points gained for the round-robin play-off league. The goal difference from the normal season will not be carried over.
2011/12 season Jupiler League promotion/relegation play-offs
The two bottom teams play a 5 match relegation play-off. The team in 16th plays 2 home games, while the team in 15th plays 3 home games and starts with a 3 point bonus. The loser is relegated, while the winner of the Second Division takes their place. The winner goes into the Second Division play-offs to retain their Jupiler League place.
