It’s probably the most basic of image graphic questions, but also one of the most important. Once you’ve got a good understanding of layers and how they can be manipulated to effect other layers, other more complex tasks become a lot simpler to grasp.
So, I’ve added a very basic tutorial on the main site to help complete novices to understand layers and hopefully get past the first hurdle in creating wonderful images
